As promised, here are the details for our second Exploratory Testing
Dinner in Helsinki.

We decided to try a different restaurant this time, and we no longer have a
predefined menu, but we need to cover a total bill of 630EUR, so if we have
20 people we need to each eat and drink of at least 30EUR.

So far, we have 2 possible presentations:
Sami Söderblom on 'The Wolrd Devided' (Mixed approaches)
Ru Cindrea on Scanning Tool for Session Based Testing

Dear FAST-members,

We're rescheduling this event from a Friday to a Tuesday, namely 15.11.2011. Otherwise details will remain as they are. I will now contact the three teams enrolled, hoping that they could participate with the updated schedule. Similarly, I hope that all of you would consider joining in, either locally and remotely.

Since some missed the first Rapid Software Testing course with Michael Bolton in Helsinki in May, Ru Cindrea from Altom thought it would be a good idea to organize it again and give herself and everyone else who has missed it another opportunity to join.

The second Rapid Software Testing course with Michael Bolton will be held on the 29th to the 31st of August 2011, at Scandic Continental Hotel in Helsinki.

Finnish Association of Software Testing in collaboration with Michael Bolton (see: http://developsense.com) and Altom is organizing a 1 day Exploratory Testing Workshop in Helsinki, on September 1st, 2011.
 
The workshop will be held as a peer-conference on exploratory testing and is meant to allow experienced testing professionals to get feedback and share knowledge between various organizations and groups. The workshop is free: the cost is your time as an active participator.

Big thanks to Qentinel on organizing the venue on such a short notice: we have a room for 150 people to fit in on Tuesday 24.5.2011 17-19 at Innopoli 2, Otaniemi, Espoo. And within that room, a great guest speaker, a guru in the area of testing, Michael Bolton / DevelopSense. Michael will address a testing topic of his choice, and is well-known as a teacher of Rapid Software Testing course and anything and everything related to exploratory testing. MIchael is from Canada / USA, so as you could guess from my invitation, the session language will be English.

Robot Framework team organizes a general Robot Framework introduction
on Friday 11th February at Tampere in Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN)
premises. The session was originally only for NSN, but because it is
fully generic we decided to open it also for others.
